Standard cleaning
Good for: homes already in good shape on a weekly, every-two-weeks, or monthly plan.
What’s included:
Kitchen: counters, sink, stove top, appliance exteriors, microwave inside, quick cabinet touch-ups, floors.
Bathrooms: toilets, sinks, mirrors, tub/shower surface clean, counters, floors.
Living/bedrooms: dust reachable surfaces, wipe high-touch points, light tidying, vacuum and mop open areas.
Entry/halls: dust ledges and doors, glass touch-ups, mats, floors.
Not included: inside appliances or cabinets, heavy soap-scum or hard-water removal, blind slat by slat, baseboard/trim detail.
Deep cleaning
Good for: first visit, seasonal reset, listing photos, or when it’s been a while.
Everything in Standard, plus:
Detail dusting of baseboards, trim, doors, frames, switch plates.
Edge vacuuming and cleaning under/behind easy-to-move items.
Shower/tub build-up removal (soap scum, hard water) where safe for the surface.
Kitchen detail: cabinet fronts washed, backsplash degreased, knobs/handles, and range hood exterior.
Windows/fixtures within reach: sills, tracks, blinds front/back dust, vent covers, ceiling fans, and light fixtures.

Reset and finish
Before we leave, rooms are reset: surfaces clear, floors finished, everything in its place.
Clean should be safe. We use proven methods and products: low-odor, low-residue chemistry, clear labels with precise dilution, and color-coded tools to prevent cross-contamination. We can share a full product list on request.
What’s included in a standard visit?
Kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, entry and halls: surfaces wiped, high-touch points cleaned, light tidying, and floors finished. See the “What we clean” section for details.
How is a deep clean different?
Deep adds detail work—baseboards, edges, fixtures, build-up removal, and extra time. Many homes start with a deep visit, then move to standard to maintain the result.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring everything needed and focus on eco-friendly, low-odor, low-residue products when possible.
Can you use specific products for allergies or sensitivities?
We hold a set day and time and aim to keep the same crew. If we must substitute, your preferences guide the work.
How long does a visit take?
It depends on size and soil level. As a guide, a 3-bed/2-bath home often takes 2–3 hours.
How do you handle pets?
Pets are welcome. Share gate, crate, or room rules and we’ll follow them. Vacuum noise can bother some animals—let us know what works.
Do you do dishes or laundry?
Light tidying is included. Dishes and laundry are add-ons—tell us what you want done.
Do you offer one-time cleans?
We limit one-time work to move-in and move-out services for empty homes. Everything else is best served on a schedule.
What if I am not satisfied?
Tell us right away. We fix it fast and note the change so it does not repeat.
